I’m La’Shonay — a woman of God, author, creative, and founder called to help women grow closer to Jesus, heal from what tried to break them, and walk boldly in who God called them to be.

This space was created for the woman God is rebuilding in private — the woman in a hidden season, the woman learning to hear God again, the woman healing, growing, and trying to understand what He is doing in her life.

Through writing, Bible study, testimony, lifestyle, and honest conversations, I share what God has taught me about faith, healing, obedience, discernment, and purpose.

My journey has not been perfect, but God has used every season to shape me, strengthen me, and prepare me for the work He has called me to do.

Surviving His Spells is part of that story — one piece of my testimony and one act of obedience. But this space is bigger than one book. It is about who God has shaped me into through it all, and how I now get to serve other women walking through their own hidden seasons.

My heart is simple: to point women back to Jesus, remind them they are not forgotten, and help them see that what God is doing in private still matters.
